The Young Women’s Crisis Service (YWCS) is a case management program supporting young women aged 16 to 24. The program can assist women both with and without children who are at risk of or currently
experiencing homelessness in Melbourne’s north and west. While this intensive support focusses primarily on housing, it can also assist to connect to:
The Young and Pregnant Parenting (YAPP) is a 3-month intensive case management program for young people aged 16 to 24 in Melbourne’s north and west.
YAPP supports young people who have children or are pregnant, and focuses on housing and parenting/pregnancy support.
Like other case management services above, this program can also connect you with a range of services such as mental health and employment.
