Jess' voice is changing lives thanks to people like you
After experiencing homelessness, Jess found safety and support at MCM’s Frontyard Youth Services. With wraparound care and a community that believed in her, Jess rebuilt her confidence and found her voice.
Today, as a member of the Youth Action Group, she uses her lived experience to drive change, improving services and outcomes for other young people in need.
