Sam has worked in the community and homelessness sector for over 20 years and has held senior leadership roles across a variety of not-for-profit organisations. Over the years, Sam has gained significant experience in business management, leadership and governance. Sam’s first role at MCM was in 2010 where he was responsible for the management of youth refuges. At the same time, Sam was Co-Chair of the Victorian Youth Refuges Network where he was engaged in high level homelessness policy development.
In 2016 Sam applied his operational and policy experience to the role of Program Manager for the Aspire Social Impact Bond at Hutt St Centre. In early 2020, Sam returned to MCM to lead their first Social Impact project, Living Learning.
