Joel Doutch

Head of Strategy, Outcomes & Innovation

Joel is a committed social justice advocate and researcher who is working towards making our world more equitable for everyone. He is currently the Head of Strategy, Outcomes and Innovation at MCM where he leads strategy development, outcomes measurement, and innovation across MCM Group.

Joel has 15 years-experience in the community sector across a range of roles and organisations, from international NGOs to local social enterprises. At MCM he has worked on the registration of Hester Hornbrook Academy to become an independent school, the development of the Living Learning program (Victoria’s first social impact investment program focused on education), and the development of the MCM Outcomes Framework and the MCM Strategy 2023-2027. He is known for his ability to bring clarity and insight to complex discussions and decisions.

Joel is a qualified lawyer and teacher, and also holds an MBA majoring in Entrepreneurship and a BA majoring in Politics and Philosophy.
