Sean Spencer

General Manager – Operations, MCM Service Delivery

Sean Spencer

Sean was Director of Aged Care Services at Brotherhood of St Laurence and before that CEO of Nillumbik Community Health Service where he led the organisation to a successful merger with Whitehorse Community Health Service.

A Registered Nurse, Sean has more than 35 years’ experience in the health and human services sector; 25 of those in senior management and executive positions. Sean is a passionate social justice advocate and has a track record in delivering community projects in Melbourne’s west.

MCM places people at the centre of what we do
