Marie Scotson

Marie has been a People & Culture, Safety, Risk and Quality Leader for many years, having held Senior Management and Executive roles that has spanned small, medium and large organisations. Her wealth of experience covers many diverse industries including the community sector, aged care, transport & logistics, property, and shipping.

Marie is known for her for values-based leadership and is passionate about enabling engaged for-purpose cultures, building strong employer value propositions that meet employee attraction drivers now and into the future, and ensuring organisations are fit and ready for the ever-evolving ‘Future of Work’.

Marie’s qualifications include HR Practice Certificate, Associate Diploma of Social Science (Welfare Work), Graduate Management Certificate, NLP Practitioner and she has also completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors Course.
