If living independently is important to you, then it’s important to us too. We offer ongoing support for people with disability in our supported disability accommodation or assistance for people to live in their own home.
Everyone is unique and we want to make sure you get to live your life, your way. Our services give you the opportunity to enjoy your local community and run your own household.
Living in a safe environment, being part of your local community and having access to quality support can unlock new opportunities and build independence.
Our supported independent living homes provide 24-hour assistance. Houses are in the suburbs and look no different to any other in the community. Homes can be modified and fitted with aides to support residents to enjoy their homes safely and happily.
Supported independent living homes cater for people aged from 16 to 65 who need ongoing daily support to live independently in their community. Vacancies are managed by the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS).
To register your interest in disability residential care, complete a Disability Support Register application and send it to the DHHS Vacancy Coordination Unit.
