All MCM groups are billed as a Program of Support. As stated in the NDIS Program of Supports, when you enrol in a group program, you will be charged for all scheduled sessions (listed above), regardless of how many sessions your child attends. Group program charges will apply 14 days before the program is due to commence. If you cancel with more than 14 days’ notice, you will not be charged.
Please ensure you have an active service agreement with MCM, with sufficient available funding to cover the cost of the group. Call our Customer Support Team on 1800 343 287 to check or add additional funds to cover the cost of this group.
All new clients are required to attend a 1:1 group suitability assessment to ensure the correct fit, and that the group aligns to your child’s goals and support needs. You only need to do this once. You will need to have an active service agreement before this assessment session.
Please contact our Customer Support Team on 1800 343 287 to arrange a new service agreement, or to ensure sufficient funds are available. An active service agreement with enough funds to cover the maximum group cost is needed before the start of the group.
You will need to enrol for the whole length of the group. Any missed sessions will be charged as per the NDIS Program of Supports.
Group costings vary depending on a number of factors. These include the number of children who attend, the number and qualifications of staff in the group, and the length of the group. A group costing range will be listed on the group enrolment page, and confirmed one week before the group begins, when numbers are finalised.
Yes, with 14 days notice. Please give as much notice as possible to allow us to plan for our groups. Our group programs are billed as per the NDIS Program of Supports. Billing for group planning time and the first session will occur on the first group date, and then as per the scheduled group dates. Any group charges planned within the 14 day notice period will be billed. Any charges planned after the 14 day notice period will not be billed.
