Unlocking a pathway to lifelong learning

MCM’s early childhood intervention specialists offer a range of groups to support your child’s development. Our groups provide the building blocks children with disability or developmental delay need to develop skills and build their confidence.

Each of our groups are specially created to be fun, social and engaging while teaching important life skills.

Under school age

Our under school age groups cover a range of skills, including learning how to play with others and getting ready for school.

Feeding and Fussy Eating — covers strategies for introducing new foods, managing meal times and promoting positive interaction with food.

Early Play — encourages children to learn though play and discover their interests through engagement and interaction.

Learn and Play — kindergarten preparation that combines structured sessions and free play.

Move and Groove — aims to develop early motor skills through dance, music and games.

Busy Fingers — helps children to develop fine motor skills before starting school, such as sitting and learning, hand strength, manipulation and coordination skills.

Let’s Get Ready for School — preparation to attend mainstream primary school that uses communication and play to promote independence, learning and emotional skills.
