As our Learning & Capability Lead, you'll think creatively and analytically to design solutions to make a difference. Whether that's translating a strategy into a learning framework, crafting a leadership workshop, creating digital learning or mini videos, supporting a team talk, developing proposals, scoping learning pathways, or a mini-initiative that makes an impact. You'll own your work end-to-end, from problem definition through to facilitation and evaluation.
We are looking for someone who can:
You're a tech savvy practitioner - you love the craft and are testing and incorporating AI tools while keeping it human where it matters most!
You move between strategic and hands-on without missing a beat. Equally at home in a leadership conversation as you are scoping a program, building a resource or facilitating a room.
You're drawn to purpose-driven work and understand that context shapes how you design.
Applications for this role will close at the end of May. However, applications may close before the deadline, so please apply early. Please include your current resume and cover letter. We read every cover letter so use it to tell us something about your learning and capability craft that we wouldn't read on your resume or why you are passionate about bringing your skills to this sector!
Please review the position description to understand more about the role and responsibilities. If you have any needs throughout the recruitment process that have not already been catered for, we encourage you to contact recruitment@mcm.org.au to let us know how we can better support you to apply.
