About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, systems‑minded leader to shape the future of client information management at MCM. As the Client Information and Assurance Lead, you will be the organisation’s key expert in ensuring our client information platform (Passport) is secure, compliant, intuitive, and aligned with evolving sector and regulatory expectations. You’ll work at the centre of a highly collaborative environment, partnering with ICT, operational leaders, quality and risk specialists, and sector networks to strengthen governance, drive continuous improvement, and champion best‑practice digital service delivery. This role offers the chance to influence organisation‑wide decision‑making, build shared capability across teams, and contribute to meaningful outcomes for the people and communities MCM supports.

About you

We are looking for someone who can:

  • Demonstrated expertise in client information systems within the social services sector, with a strong understanding of compliance, data integrity, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to lead governance processes and collaborate effectively with ICT, quality, risk, and operational teams to ensure system alignment and performance.
  • Skilled in translating organisational needs into system improvements, with experience supporting user groups and driving consistent, high‑quality system use across diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability, with the confidence to provide subject‑matter advice, support informed decision‑making, and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills, with the ability to build shared understanding, promote collaboration, and support digital innovation across the organisation.

Essential:

  • Demonstrated experience in business ownership, governance, or system management roles.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and collaborating effectively with Operational and IT teams to deliver system enhancements.
  • Ability to interpret and respond to regulatory, compliance, and reporting requirements that impact digital systems and data management.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills.

Screening Criteria:

  • National Police check
  • Working with Children check and NDIS Worker Screening check or ability to obtain
  • Valid Victorian Driver's license
  • Right to Work in Australia
