As the Regional Safety Coordinator, you will work as part of a small collaborative team to support safety and wellbeing initiatives across the MCM Group. You'll be aligned to an area/portfolio (region) of programs and sites, ensuring that initiatives land and that incidents, hazards and near misses are responded to and supported, ensuring staff wellbeing is prioritised.
This is a great role for someone who has a few years of safety experience and wants to grow in a supportive environment. We are looking for someone who can:
Has a valid driver's license and can travel to other MCM locations as required.
Ability to coordinate workplace safety compliance activities, cyclic safety programs, incident response, and continuous improvement initiatives, with confidence engaging operational leaders and stakeholders
Experience supporting psychological health and wellbeing initiatives in the workplace
