The Head of HR will set and drive people and culture solutions to meet current and future organisation needs. A key requirement is to position MCM within the sectors in which it operates and beyond as an employer of choice, as a leader in trauma-informed and people‐centric practices and the Future of Work.
We are looking for someone who can:
Think outside of the square to deliver people and culture and industrial relations strategies that are equally generative and sustainable and enable MCM’s growth
Position the HR team and organisation to orient and deliver to these strategies
Collaborate and partner across the organisation to unleash possibilities in the future of work
