About the Opportunity

The Head of HR will set and drive people and culture solutions to meet current and future organisation needs.  A key requirement is to position MCM within the sectors in which it operates and beyond as an employer of choice, as a leader in trauma-informed and people‐centric practices and the Future of Work.

About you

We are looking for someone who can:

  • Think outside of the square to deliver people and culture and industrial relations strategies that are equally generative and sustainable and enable MCM’s growth

  • Position the HR team and organisation to orient and deliver to these strategies

  • Collaborate and partner across the organisation to unleash possibilities in the future of work

Essential:

  • Senior leader level experience in people and culture in complex environments
  • Brilliant verbal and written communicator with demonstrated ability to engage with stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change at strategic and systems levels

Screening Criteria:

  • National Police check
  • Working with Children check and NDIS Worker Screening check or ability to obtain
  • Valid Victorian Driver's license
  • Right to Work in Australia
