The position is responsible for the provision of administrative and reporting services to Frontyard Youth Services, including OHS systems, compliance and information management, high level admin support, and site support.
We are looking for someone who can:
manage financial acquittal and invoicing processes
review and manage administrative systems
develop and maintain stakeholder relationships
complete regular and ongoing compliance and audit activities including OHS and Fire Safety
Qualification and/ or significant experience in Business Administration
Computer literacy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Develop and maintain effective working relationships
Well-developed time management skills
Proactive and self-motivated
Able to work flexibly and manage competing demands
Able to work autonomously and with initiative, and as part of a team
