The Case Manager role is based in the Western and Inner Metro Melbourne area and provides case management support to young people who are at risk of becoming homeless. Reconnect works with young people aged 12-18 years old or 12-21 young people of CALD backgrounds who have arrived in the past 5 years. The role involves community development and working alongside the young person to support them identify their own goals and to stabilise their housing situation.
