Frontyard is a specialist youth service (16 – 24 years) providing a range of multidisciplinary, intensive support in one building that disrupts disadvantage. Frontyard aims to support young people holistically to meet their physical, emotional, and social needs with the end goal a pathway out of homelessness.
This role sits within the Circuit Breaker Accommodation Program. The program is a mix of short and longer-term therapeutic housing option for young people that universal homelessness services have not been able to assist in breaking the cycle of homelessness they are experiencing. The program consists of a multidisciplinary team and works from a healing oriented, strengths-based framework and focuses on working with young people to reach their goals and exit the homelessness service system.
We are seeking people who are strong advocates for social justice that want to ensure positive outcomes for young people through going above and beyond to achieve sustainable outcomes.
