FRMP Practitioner Register

Join the FRMP Practitioner Register

The Family Reconciliation and Mediation Program (FRMP) provides brokerage funding which enables young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness to access a range of therapeutic interventions. These interventions support young people on their journey towards:

  • connecting/reconnecting with family or other natural supports

Interventions are provided by suitably qualified private practitioners who are listed on the state-wide FRMP Private Practitioner Register.

We are seeking Expressions of Interest from the following practitioners to join our register:

  • Family Therapists
  • Family Mediators
  • Psychologists
  • Occupational Therapists
  • Mental Health Social Workers
  • Art and Music Therapists
  • Animal Assisted Therapists
