We offer a competitive remuneration package including an attractive salary, access to tax-effective NFP salary packaging arrangements (which equates to $15,900) and supportive work/life balance provisions. MCM recognises the importance of investing in the training, learning and development of our employees, including a budget of $1000 pro rata of PD training each year. Laptop and mobile phone are supplied.
