About the Role

MCM is continuing to manage its COVID-19 response to ensure that there are minimal disruptions to our support of vulnerable throughout the challenging pandemic. The COVID19 Response Business Partner plays a critical role in these efforts by leading and delivering ongoing risk management and being the subject matter expert providing updates and guidance for MCM’s business management. The COVID19 Response Business Partner will also manage COVID19 outbreaks or incidents in high-risk settings with senior leaders outside business hours (including weekends) where required.

Skills and Experience

Some experience and attributes that suitable candidates would bring to their application are:

  •  Willingness to be involved in COVID19 related matters and maintain current knowledge about COVID19 management.
  •  Ability to analyse and interpret complex information and articulate effectively to different audiences.
  •  Effective written communication skills to develop policies, procedures and guidance materials.
  •  Ability to develop effective relationships with stakeholders to collaborate successfully.
  •  The ability to work under pressure and demonstrate resilience in managing work priorities.

Applicants will be required to undergo a pre-employment safety screening process as part of the MCM selection process. Appointments to MCM roles will be subject to the following safety screening checks (as applicable to the role): National (and International if applicable) Police Check (which includes Proof of Identity Check), Victorian Employee Working with Children Check, Qualification Verification Check, Employment History Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Right to Work in Australia and current and valid driver licence.
