About the Role

MCM is continuing to manage its COVID-19 response to ensure that there are minimal disruptions to our support of vulnerable throughout the challenging pandemic. Reporting to the COVID19 Response Business Partner, the Infection Prevention and Control Lead plays a key role in the delivery of infection control and clinical education to support the business and workers to confidently practice in COVID19 safe ways. Supporting managing COVID19 outbreaks or incidents across the organisation may also be required.

Skills and experience

Some experience and attributes that suitable candidates would bring to their application are:

  • A clinical qualification and years of relevant experience to deliver clinical education including infection prevention and control
  • Willingness to be involved in COVID19 related matters and maintain current knowledge about COVID19 management.
  • Experience developing and delivering education in different modes to different audiences.
  • Ability to develop effective relationships with stakeholders to collaborate successfully.
  • Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate resilience in managing work priorities
