An experienced HR generalist is sought to join our People & Culture team to provide HR support to service areas delivering their core businesses. Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, the HR Business Partner will play an important role in supporting managers with daily and strategic workforce matters including employee relations and change management, to ensure a skilled and high performing workforce. Enterprise agreement negotiation experience will be highly regarded.
