00:14 sense of diversity to it I mean really
00:16 like the sense of community it happened
00:18 the way that the staff the educators and
00:21 the management team or interact with us
00:23 and our children and it's a really
00:25 inclusive safe the environment actually
00:28 has celiac disease so she can only eat
00:30 certain foods and they've been so
00:32 accommodating to understand what she can
00:34 Accardi making sure that she's safe
00:36 through the day when other kids are
00:37 eating other things I think just little
00:39 details like that really show that our
00:41 service here is exceptional and they'll
00:43 do whatever they can to make you kid
00:45 happy and make you family feel safe my
00:47 name's Ron Hale and I'm the kinder
00:49 teacher here at Hartnett house we're
00:51 here to work for the families we're here
00:53 to work for the kids I believe that
00:54 we've created a giant family of our own
00:57 where everybody is welcome and you know
00:59 we want everyone to be a part of what we
01:02 do here we are very very lucky to have
01:05 the space we have especially our outdoor
01:08 environment to find a center innocent in
01:11 Melbourne that has the amount of space
01:13 in garden that we have is extremely
01:16 extremely lucky
01:17 I find the parent-teacher relationship
01:20 here to be one of our strengths we have
01:22 really opened dialogue with our parents
01:25 as the kindergarten teacher that's
01:26 really important I've got pair children
01:28 to go to school I'm constantly in
01:31 conversation with my parents about about
01:33 their children and how I know how
01:34 they're developing as soon as we started
01:37 Olive who was really nervous
01:38 took a shining to one of the carriers
01:40 named Jay it just feels like these
01:42 ladies do it not for money or for any
01:45 kind of anything else but that they just
01:47 genuinely love kids and
01:49 has been just so so nice for us and the
01:52 kids can sense that I love working here
01:54 I look forward to coming to work every
01:56 day and I think they been upside there
